VENDING SPACE Each vending space will be
100 sq. feet (10' x 10') and includes one
8-foot table and two chairs. Vending
Spaces are ONLY $85/each. The fee for spaces with
power is an extra $35 one-time charge for one or more spaces.
Additional tables are $10/each. Vendors may bench their entries
within their vending space for the price of the standard entry.
Vending spaces will be given on a first-come, first-paid,
basis.
DECORATING Vending space decorating is
the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors may furnish their own
tables, tablecloths, table skirts and chairs. Vendors must furnish
their own power cords.
SET
UP Friday, March 14 from 12pm to 5pm
am. Please have your booth open both days by 9:00 am.
ADVERTISED SHOW HOURS Saturday 9:00 am to 5 pm.
Sunday 9:00 am to 4 pm.
TEARDOWN Show hall must be vacated by 7:00
pm Sunday night. No early teardown.
REMITTANCE Payment can be made via PayPal
(payable to fees@coloradocats.org)-- or with checks--
or with money orders-- enclosed with signed contract and received by
the vendor coordinator by the closing date. Refunds will be
made at the discretion of the Vendor and Show Manager.
TERMS
& CONDITIONS This show is governed by TICA and
Colorado Cats show rules, which will be enforced. TICA’s show rules
can be found at http://www.ticaeo.org.

Distribution of brochures, pamphlets and leaflets is
limited to the top of cages.

No gas or air-filled balloons of any type
allowed.

Anyone soliciting a product or service must have a vending
space contract.

Selling of human food products must have prior approval of
show management.
| NOTE: Colorado Cats/Holiday Inn will not be liable for any loss or damage of any
nature or cause that may be sustained by vendors as a result
of participation in the event. We urge vendors to have
adequate insurance
protection. |
